Your Illinois CLE requirement might look a little different since your compliance period. Illinois attorneys must still complete 30 total hours of Illinois CLE. However, the “specialty” CLE requirement is slightly different.
Illinois MCLE Requirement
30 – Total Hours
4 – Professional Responsibility
1 – Diversity & Inclusion
1 – Mental Health & Substance Abuse
Instead of completing 6 Professional Responsibility hours,
you must now complete 4 hours of Professional Responsibility, 1 hour of
Diversity & Inclusion and 1 hour of Mental Health and Substance Abuse.[1] For
