Many states around the country like Georgia and Utah have waived the limits on online hours due to the COVID-19 pandemic. New Jersey also took the unprecedented step this week when the New Jersey Supreme court waived the live classroom requirement.

Until further notice, all 24 credit hours for the compliance period may be fulfilled through approved courses offered in alternative verifiable learning formats.
The order goes into effect “until further notice” and may last well into the future considering the current state of the coronavirus pandemic.
