Florida CLE Rules As Of April 2024

Any Florida attorney with an April 2024 and beyond CLE deadline will be required to meet the new Florida CLE rules.

The new Florida Continuing Legal Education requirement is a minimum of 30 CLE credit hours during your 3-year compliance cycle. Of the 30 credit hours, a minimum of 3 of the credit hours are required to be in ethics, substance abuse, or mental health. A minimum of 3 of the credit hours must also be in technology. Finally, 2 hours of professionalism are required. The Florida Legal Professionalism course is only offered by The Florida State Bar and is free to take.

Attorneys with a compliance cycle of April 30, 2024, and beyond have the new 30 credit hour requirement which included the new Professionalism course only offered by The Florida Bar.

Attorney Credits only offers Pre-Approved Florida CLE courses. Please ask your provider if they get their FL course pre-approved because many do not. To help you with completing your Florida CLE requirements we offer many different Florida Compliance Bundles. For those attorneys who still need 33 credit hours, we still offer 33 credit hour bundles. If your next compliance cycle ends January, February, or March 2024, we offer a 30-credit hour bundle. If your next compliance cycle ends April 2024 and beyond, we will offer a 28-credit hour bundle.
